Apparent violations: Unknown:.. My understanding is that private property ends where the vegetation line meets the sand & that no private structures can be built on the sand. There are many stairs & structures along this beach that are on the sand, & have been here for years. There are also several yard run-off drain lines to the beach. Are these in violation of the beach laws? "..the 1967 Oregon Beach Bill legally established public recreational easements to all the beaches seaward of the vegetation line".
