Not as many sea stars as I would have liked to see on the minus tide but they are definitely there.

Not as many sea stars as I would have liked to see on the minus tide but they are definitely there. Only one sea star looked like it might have wasting disease (see photo)
Conditions
Temperature: 50 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Tide Level: -1.9 feet.

Number of people: 12. Number of dogs: 3. Walking or running: 6. Tidepooling: 6.

Notable Wildlife
Sandpipers (or similar!), turkey vultures, anemones, sea stars
Driftline Content
Small rocks, Styrofoam.
Natural Changes
Landslides/major boulder falls, Major cracks appearing in bluffs, Newly exposed roots/trees falling, Visible retreat of solid bluff. The natural changes are exposing more of the black drainage (?) pipes - coming out of the bluff.

Started off chilly but the sun was shining and it was a gorgeous day on 220!

Continued changes on 220 due to the rains, high tides and normal loss of sand in winter.
