Report Details

This rainy but mild and windless morning saw only me and a runner on the southern part of my mile. Gulls, crows and 2 Canada geese were on the beach while cormorants fished offshore. A yellowish scum was on much of the drift line, as well as shell fragments, small stones, and plastic bags, wrap and bottles. The water level even at high tide is further out, leaving plenty of room to walk safely. Rock piles continue to accumulate at the midpoint of this segment.
