A pleasant afternoon on the mile, with fewer visitors than I would have expected two days before the 4th.

A pleasant afternoon on the mile, with fewer visitors than I would have expected two days before the 4th. Quite a few crabshells scattered along the driftline. All the big chunks of bluff that were visible in my April visit have now been either washed away or covered by sand. A new small cave is forming about halfway down the mile.

Dead Fish or Invertebrates
Unusual concentration. Quite a few dead crabs/crabshells over much of the mile.
Driftline Content
Small rocks, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt).
Natural Changes
All the big chunks of bluff that were visible in my April visit have now been either washed away or covered by sand. A new small cave is forming about halfway down the mile.
