Report Details
Their were 8 people and 2 dogs walking on the beach. The wind was gusting over 30 mph.The driftline had sand dollars, barcles and 8 razor clam shells. One bald eagle glided down from the hillside south of Arch Cape into the shallow ocean water and it took a crab from a sea gull that was standing in the water. The eagle flew north past Arch Cape. The sea gull chased the eagle for a short distance.The sand is is being moved away from the shoreline which is normal. This makes it very difficult to walk from Cove Beach to the Arch Cape beach.
