Report Details

Their were 8 people and 2 dogs walking on the beach.  The wind was gusting over 30 mph.The driftline had sand dollars, barcles and 8 razor clam shells.  One bald eagle glided down from the hillside south of Arch Cape into the shallow ocean water and it took a crab from a sea gull that was standing in the water.  The eagle flew north past Arch Cape.  The sea gull chased the eagle for a short distance. The sand is is being moved away from the shoreline which is normal.  This makes it very difficult to walk from Cove Beach to the Arch Cape beach.  See picture.
