It was a nice quiet day for our observation.

It was a nice quiet day for our observation. Just slightly north of our mile was a huge group of about 40+ men from the Army playing football on the beach having come from Camp Rilea. They were dominating a very large area of the beach with this activity. Otherwise it was an easy day to make an observation.Here's hoping the beach is as clean as it is today for the Great Beach Clean-up this coming Saturday.

Number of people: 10. Number of dogs: 6. Walking or running: 4. Sitting: 1. Other Activities: clamming and driving 6. People clamming near the edge of the surf.

Small rocks, Shells, Wood pieces, Marine debris (plastic, styrofoam, etc. washing in from the sea).
