Report Details

I did jog over to the the car traveling through the gulls and signaled for them to stop doing so. They did stop and continued driving along the beach but further inland away from the birds. My mile is part of the beach where we have had drivers plow through flocks of birds and killing them. It is a concern in this area of such cruel, thoughtless behavior.
