Report Details

This item, which appears to be layers of rubberized material, was first "discovered" sometime late March to early April, on the south side of Johnson Creek. It is now (tides/storms) on the north of Johnson Creek outlet, having traveled approx. 200 yds. Very dense, too heavy for us to move, measures approx. 12x24x30 inches.
